Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

Collaborate with our client's team to plan, coordinate, and execute project delivery within the Talent Technology portfolio. Develop comprehensive project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery by the tech team. Coordinate the assignment of individual responsibilities within the Talent Technology team. Lead project presentations and communicate effectively with key stakeholders. Engage in a 6+ month contract with a focus on enhancing Talent Technology initiatives.

Required Skills for Project Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or operations management, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with moderate to high risk.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting Talent Technology enhancements.
• Proficiency in leading project presentations to key stakeholders.
• Experience in HR-based functions such as Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workday HCM.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
