We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our clients' Talent and Culture organization - They'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving recruiting excellence by managing requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors, overseeing hiring transactions, and ensuring accuracy across the recruiting lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align hiring processes with workforce needs, while also supporting key recruiting programs. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement, data integrity, and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Top Skills:

• 2+ years' experience in Talent acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruiting
• Experience managing job requisitions and position data in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS / ATS
• Experience supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume recruiting, or internal mobility)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
