Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Client Services Engineer:
Provide end-user support for hardware and software through email, phone consultations, and remote sessions.
Create and maintain technical support documentation for organizational knowledge sharing.
Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and support ticket resolution.
Required Skills for Client Services Engineer:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user support for hardware and software.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, SCCM, and MS InTune.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in SLA-driven incident management systems.
Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
