Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Client Services Engineer:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware and software through email, phone consultations, and remote sessions.

  • Create and maintain technical support documentation for organizational knowledge sharing.

  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and support ticket resolution.

Required Skills for Client Services Engineer:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user support for hardware and software.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, SCCM, and MS InTune.

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in SLA-driven incident management systems.

  • Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
