IDR is seeking a Workstation Technician for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities for the Workstation Technician:

• Coordinate hardware and software orders, from receipt to installation, in collaboration with Workstation Support Services.
• Ensure proper equipment labeling and document device specifications according to client standards.
• Independently conduct on-site installations, provide customer service, and offer technical support for repairs.
• Serve as a technical liaison, collaborating with various support services, and assist with end-user training when needed.

Requirements for the Workstation Technician:

• Associates degree in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or related field. OR two years of Technical School training in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience supporting computers
• Skills must include knowledge of Operating Systems and configuration, hardware configuration, and software installation.
• 2+ years of experience in pc and printer refresh, with basic troubleshooting skills.
