IDR is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and support products in the Workforce Experience space, providing technical direction to the team and ensuring the implementation of robust and scalable solutions.
• Play a key role in establishing a strong technical foundation, guiding the team in building high-quality applications, and driving best practices in software development.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Drive the development of applications and services from inception to production deployment, following Agile methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 6 years of experience.
• 8 + years of experience in software development, specifically building applications and services from scratch.
• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams and driving the full SDLC cycle to deliver production-ready applications.
• 7+ years of experience with Azure and GCP

Compensation Details: $91.66/hr W2
