IDR is seeking a Project Manager IV – Healthcare IT / HRIS Systems to join one of our top clients for an opportunity that is fully remote. This role involves leading large-scale, enterprise healthcare IT and HRIS initiatives within a respected nonprofit health system. The position offers the chance to drive critical projects remotely and make a significant impact on organizational technology transformation.

Position Overview for the Project Manager IV – Healthcare IT / HRIS Systems:

• Leads complex, multi-disciplinary healthcare IT and HRIS projects across enterprise environments.
• Manages multiple large-scale initiatives involving HR systems, workforce management, and operational process redesign.
• Operates independently with expert authority, ensuring strategic alignment and successful project delivery.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure project success.
• Oversees all phases of project lifecycle—from planning through deployment and adoption—ensuring high standards and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements for the Project Manager IV – Healthcare IT / HRIS Systems:

• Significant experience leading enterprise HRIS, HCM, and WFM implementations, ideally within healthcare environments.
• Hands-on involvement with system configuration, workflow design, integrations, data migration, and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational and technical interdependencies across large matrixed organizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, reporting tools such as Cognos, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and ETL tools like Informatica and SSIS.
• Experience with major HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, or PeopleFluent, including data validation and troubleshooting.
