Position Overview/Responsibilities for the FHIR Interoperability Specialist:
Collaborate with our client's team and interoperability experts to support HL7 FHIR projects. Contribute to strategic FHIR projects, enhancing agency readiness and capacity for public health FHIR solutions. Develop and support the implementation of a FHIR roadmap, focusing on HL7 Helios FHIR Accelerator areas. Enhance electronic data interchange (EDI) infrastructure in line with data modernization efforts. Engage in system integration, interoperability, and public health reporting projects, with potential travel and public speaking opportunities.
Required Skills for FHIR Interoperability Specialist:
Proven experience in FHIR interoperability and HL7 standards.
Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to contribute to strategic planning and project implementation.
Experience in electronic data interchange and system integration.
Willingness to travel and participate in public speaking engagements.
