IDR is seeking a Technology Curriculum Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training content for employees, customers and partners. The organization is a leader in innovative technology solutions, focusing on platform deployment and user enablement.

Position Overview for the Technology Curriculum Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging training content for ServiceNow’s Security Operations platform
• Create diverse learning materials, including instructor-led modules, on-demand videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids
• Collaborate with product experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical training scenarios
• Support release planning activities and update courseware for new platform features and emerging AI capabilities
• Ensure consistency and quality standards across all training materials, including interactive content for Generative AI and Agentic AI learning

Requirements for the Technology Curriculum Developer:

• 7+ years of building education curriculum and content development with strong instructional design principles
• 3+ years experience participating in customer-facing education development projects
• Experience providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders while influencing project outcomes
• Experience in graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia throughout the instructional design and eLearning development process
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications (word, excel, powerpoint) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise)
