Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Associate:

• Collaborate with assigned locations to review employment applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates, facilitating the completion of necessary questionnaires.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to attract and convert high-quality applicants into successful hires.
• Utilize the iCIMS applicant tracking system effectively, with training provided.

Required Skills for Talent Acquisition Associate:

• Strong professional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with critical decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in office software and the ability to work within an office-based team environment.
• Experience in navigating applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS, is a plus.
