About the Engagement: We are seeking a Senior Java Developer & Team Lead with strong expertise in both back-end Java development and modern front-end frameworks (preferably Angular or ReactJS). The ideal candidate will have experience leading migration projects from mainframe to Java-based systems, demonstrate leadership and management skills, and possess the ability to guide teams through complex technical transformations. Exceptional communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end migration of legacy mainframe applications to modern Java and front-end (Angular/ReactJS) platforms
• Architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications with integrated front-end solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering skill growth and best practices
• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communicate project status, technical concepts, and complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Oversee resolution of day-to-day production issues and manage change requests efficiently
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Document migration strategies, technical solutions, and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.)
