Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Development Representative:

• Engage in prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling key meetings, and supporting the sales team to drive success. • Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development and other stakeholders to understand the competitive landscape and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients. • Utilize CRM systems to create and nurture new contacts and leads, actively building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts and interactions, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads to the Account Executive team. • Provide feedback on programs and processes to ensure continuous optimization and improvement.

Required Skills for Business Development Representative:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and articulate effectively over the phone and in email communications. • Familiarity with sales and marketing activities related to B2B operations, with a willingness to develop further in these areas. • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with new people, handling objections and educating prospects in a consultative manner. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. • Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environments and contribute to team processes.
