Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Operations Technology Engineer - 2nd Shift:

• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies such as automation and smart sensors to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by digitizing workflows and establishing real-time performance tracking systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, train staff, and standardize best practices across shifts.
• Participate in the specification and installation of new equipment, focusing on automation and digital interfaces.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or operations engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading technology-based improvement projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S methodologies.
• Familiarity with MES, ERP, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
