IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients. • Respond to customer inquiries and dispatch service requests appropriately

• Maintain and update client account information in corporate database system(s)

• Ensure all tasks associated with National Accounts are completed in accordance with contractual obligations

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and branches to resolve concerns

• Process and communicate any and all customer account changes

• May assist in mentoring new colleagues

• This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension

Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

• 1-3 years of customer service experience

• 3-5 years of data entry experience

• Proficiency in office applications

• Ability to learn new business unit software programs as needed

• Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills
