IDR is seeking an advanced Technical Writer to join one of our government clients in Denver, CO. Required skills of the Technical Writer:

• 3+ years of experience with technical writing, documenting processes, and improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of security standards
• Experience documenting infrastructure and server support
• Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems

Preferred skills of the Technical Writer:

• Experience with Server support is a plus
• Experience as a trainer is a plus
• Some experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management
• Some Experience with Google Apps in a professional environment
