IT Support Engineer IDR is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join one of our top clients in Tucker, GA. Position Overview for the IT Support Engineer:  

• Installation and configuration of computer systems, as well as diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Logging and tracking any additional troubleshooting that may occur.
• Participate in the on-call rotation providing after hours support when needed.
• Manage Help Desk tickets by serving as the first point of contact for employees and customers. 

Required Skills for the IT Support Engineer:  

• 4+ years of general IT support – MSP IT Support is a big plus!
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, Office365.
• Experience with remote support tools via VPN, RDP, or Team Viewer.
• Active Directory experience.
