Position Overview/Responsibilities for the SAP Systems Administrator:

• Manage the technical setup and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems, including installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and database administration.

• Provide MS failover cluster high availability (HA) support and SSL certificate implementation.

• Collaborate on capacity planning, system restoration, SAP upgrades, and system refreshes.

• Ensure effective communication and reporting to management, providing status updates and solutions to chronic system issues.

• This is an on-site position with an 8-month contract duration.

   

Required Skills for SAP Systems Administrator:

• SAP Certification in Basis or NetWeaver on Oracle DB.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration (installations, upgrades, patches, performance tuning, troubleshooting).

• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux (AIX, Red Hat) and Windows operating systems.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration and SQL query analysis.

• Knowledge of SAP technologies like ECC, BI, EP, CRM, SRM, BOBJ, and others.

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
