IDR is looking for an Onsite IT Service Desk Specialist for one of our top clients onsite in Franklin, TN! If you are looking for join an amazing growth-minded team, apply today! This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert over at any point!

Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Specialist:

  • Review and deal with customer tickets
  • Support remote workers, virtual desktops and telecom
  • Use Active Directory to assign security groups, password resets, etc.
  • Work on projects with the department moving, participating and coordinating
  • Work alongside IT director and PM
  • Work within a team setting but also comfort in working independently with ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot computer issues

Qualifications of the IT Service Desk Specialist:

  • Intermediate service desk experience
  • A+ certification
  • Windows Microsoft experience
  • Active Directory
  • Citrtix/VMware horizon
  • Remote or VDI experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
