  • IDR is seeking a Sr. Creative Project Manager for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. Responsibilities for the Sr. Creative Project Manager
    • Plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver project activities through the entire project life cycle.
    • Ensure deadlines are efficiently and consistently met.
    • Build relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate and advise on project management practices, methods, and standards.
    Requirements for the Sr. Creative Project Manager:
    • Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of experience in Project Management and business-related activities or Master's degree with five (5) years of experience in Project Management related activities. 
    • 2-3 years demonstrated experience with experiential projects (not necessary event production but experience with physical or interactive installations) 
    • Experience with project management of digital, video and other creative and communications disciplines preferred. Experience managing accounts in excess of 5M preferred. 
    • 2+ years of experience with project management software and/or reports. Experience in project management within an agency or within a corporate creative division.
