IDR is seeking a Recreation Project Manager for one our top clients in Nashville, TN! This is a Hybrid, 1 year contract position. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today! Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project to maintain high standards and adherence to design specifications.
  • Oversee and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues, presenting solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for construction teams, management, and local government agencies related to the project and site.
  • Assist in the logistics and planning of water recreation events, such as group paddling activities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work outdoors for extended periods and kayak on Class I & II waterways.
  • Apply hands-on experience in managing projects, ideally within the outdoor recreation sector, with a proven track record of successfully completing complex projects from start to finish.
