Position Overview for the Receptionist:

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests
  • Enter guest information into the system
  • Answer phones and emails, and manage the sorting and distribution of mail
  • Set up and organize meeting rooms
  • Maintain tidiness of all office spaces and oversee general office upkeep
  • Coordinate and set up daily catered lunches (Monday through Friday)
  • Approve expense reports
  • Serve as a resource for employees with IT, HR, and general office inquiries
  • Assist the Office Manager and other Executive Assistants as needed

 

Qualifications for the Receptionist:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (required)
  • Experience organizing catering and events for a team (nice to have)
  • Ability to handle a multi-faceted role (required)
