• Deep understanding of construction processes and workflows
• Responsible for leveraging their expertise in construction management software and platforms to drive efficiency and innovation

Required Skills of the Tech Lead:

• Proficiency in construction management software and platforms, including Viewpoint Trimble One, Spectrum, Plangrid, HCSS platform, Toric data warehouse or equivalent
• Strong data analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Office 365 Suite, Sharepoint, Tableau, and dashboard tools
