IDR is seeking a seasoned and motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join one of our top healthcare clients in Red Wing, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Agile leadership, large-scale program management, and cutting-edge identity access technologies. Position Overview/Responsibilities:

As the Identity Management Platform's (IDMP) Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) activities and ceremonies

  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals

  • Drive Program Increment (PI) planning and execution

  • Manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across Agile teams

  • Promote continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment

  • Maintain transparency and communication with stakeholders

  • Support delivery of high-quality IAM solutions within enterprise frameworks

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Program Manager

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

    • Azure DevOps (ADO)

    • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

    • Project Management

    • Identity Access Management (IAM)

  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex IT projects with budgets up to $5 million

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams and delivering results

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • High-level understanding of enterprise IT environments

Preferred Qualification (for potential FTE transition):
