IDR is seeking a seasoned and motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join one of our top healthcare clients in Red Wing, MN. Position Overview/Responsibilities:As the Identity Management Platform's (IDMP) Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will:
Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) activities and ceremonies
Coordinate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Drive Program Increment (PI) planning and execution
Manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across Agile teams
Promote continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
Maintain transparency and communication with stakeholders
Support delivery of high-quality IAM solutions within enterprise frameworks
3–5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Program Manager
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Azure DevOps (ADO)
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Project Management
Identity Access Management (IAM)
Ability to manage large-scale, complex IT projects with budgets up to $5 million
Proven track record of leading cross-functional Agile teams and delivering results
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
High-level understanding of enterprise IT environments
Preferred Qualification (for potential FTE transition):
