Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Investor Relations / Public Relations Coordinator:

• Manage confidential and non-routine information with a high degree of tact and discretion.

• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Support the SVP of Investor & Public Relations and the direct team with ad hoc requests, including PowerPoint and graphics.

• Coordinate event participation, planning, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.

• Maintain complex calendar management and coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international.

Required Skills for Investor Relations / Public Relations Coordinator:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work diligently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with CRM systems and managing investor relations databases is a plus.
