This role is pivotal in managing and administering a comprehensive range of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and plan provisions. • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including:

  • Medical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) plans

• Coordinate:

  • Benefits plan funding

  • Billing, audits, and reconciliations on a regular basis

• Ensure compliance with:

  • Federal, state, and municipal regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA/ADA)

• Serve as primary Tier 2 support for benefit-related inquiries via HCM ticketing system

• Collaborate with:

  • Benefits vendors and internal departments

  • Maintain accurate benefits data

  • Resolve employee claim issues

• High School diploma or GED required

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration

• Proficiency in:

  • HRIS/Payroll systems

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical skills:

  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages

• Excellent communication skills:

  • Able to interact effectively with employees and resolve complex issues

• Ability to manage multiple tasks of moderate complexity simultaneously
