IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Adoption Change Management (ACM) Specialist to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Adoption Change Management (ACM) Specialist:

• Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

• Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and communications for the technology upgrade

• This is a 4+ month contract position with the possibility of extension

Required Skills for Adoption Change Management (ACM) Specialist:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management/Adoption Change Management

• Proven expertise in Change Management; Prosci and/or ACMP certification is a plus

• Excellent communication & writing skills

• Familiarity with basic Project Management tools and techniques

• Bachelor's degree or higher
