Technical Solutions Designer

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: New York, NY
C2C Rate: $65.00

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize system prompts for AI-driven applications to ensure high-quality, context-aware outputs.
Build reusable prompt templates and frameworks to support scalable automation and generative AI use cases.
Analyze AI system interactions and performance to iteratively improve prompt logic and output quality.
Create clear and accessible documentation for AI systems, APIs, interfaces, and workflows.
Author user guides, FAQs, and manuals to support technical and business stakeholders.
Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of AI-powered and cloud-based applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in prompt engineering, technical writing, and UI/UX design.
Familiarity with AI/ML models, natural language processing, or generative AI systems.
Experience collaborating with software/cloud engineering teams in agile environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion), and version control (e.g., Git).
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development practices is a plus.
