Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Desk 2 - Columbus Location:- Respond to service desk telephones and/or emails, addressing user inquiries- Create, route, and maintain incident records within a ticketing system- Assist users in resolving incidents by providing guidance on software and hardware problems- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize user incidents and complaints to ensure successful resolution- Work under minimal supervision to research, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble tickets within established Service Level Agreements- Participate in on-call rotation on weekends
Required Skills for Service Desk 2 - Columbus Location:- 1-2 years of experience in a Helpdesk role- Proficiency with ticketing systems- Ability to lift heavy equipment- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Positive attitude and a desire to grow long-term with our client's team
