IDR is seeking an AI Developer to join one of our top clients in a hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH. Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-native REST APIs and services using Python or Node.js

• Deploy event-driven and serverless architectures leveraging AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway

• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes via EKS/ECS

• Define infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation

• Implement security best practices and AWS IAM policies

• Monitor systems with CloudWatch, Kibana, or Grafana

• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on MCP integrations and prompt tuning

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of development experience with strong AWS serverless exposure

• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC tools

• Familiarity with MCP and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain)

• CI/CD and DevOps best practices

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Bedrock, Sagemaker, or Kendra

• Knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA compliance

• Experience with AWS App Mesh, Fargate, or multi-account AWS environments
