• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP in month-end close processes and reconciliations
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and SQL for financial data analysis
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Required Skills for Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA designation
• 4-6 years of related accounting experience
• 3-5 years of personnel management experience
• Proficiency in General Ledger systems (e.g. Great Plains, MS Dynamics 365)
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with Blackline or other similar close management tools
