Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Onshore GW Data Architect / Tech Lead:- Extract data from Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) via Change Data Capture (CDA) for PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and Kemper Claims Center (KCC)- Design and implement schemas in the Rawzone for structured ingestion of GWCP data- Integrate Rawzone schemas into the Trusted Zone/Vault Layer, ensuring accuracy and flow integrity- Design and optimize schema mappings and transformations to support structured analytics-ready data- Monitor and validate end-to-end data flows, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation at all layersRequired Skills for Onshore GW Data Architect / Tech Lead:- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), specifically with PC, BC, and KCC modules- Deep knowledge of Rawzone, Trusted Zone, Vault, and Refined Zone data architectures- Proficiency in Change Data Capture (CDA) techniques and cloud-based data integration- Experience with Snowflake, Datahub, and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) tools- Strong leadership and communication skills in technical project environmentsWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
