Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Staffing Coordinator:

• Coordinate both daily and long-term staffing and scheduling needs across various healthcare units and specialties.

• Develop and maintain master schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and coverage.

• Efficiently manage staff resources to address shortages and operational challenges.

• Utilize Kronos and Clairvia systems for scheduling, staffing adjustments, and workforce management.

• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership to resolve scheduling issues and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Skills for Staffing Coordinator:

• Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler in a healthcare setting.

• Hands-on experience with Kronos and Clairvia systems.

• Ability to support staffing for multiple units or specialties.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in scheduling accuracy and payroll processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
