IDR is seeking a Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist to join one of our clients remotely. If you are looking for a new opportunity, look no further! Responsibilities for the Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist: The Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist will work as part of a small, collaborative team supporting revenue operations and analytics initiatives. This hands-on role involves implementing and optimizing CRMs, web tracking, and automation to provide clean, actionable data and scalable systems for decision-making. We’re seeking a technically skilled, solutions-oriented individual with experience in marketing analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). This is a client-facing role, and candidates must be comfortable communicating with senior leaders, including the C-suite. Required Skills for the Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist:

• 2+ years of hands-on CRM implementation or administration experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including technical setup, data integrations, automations, and workflow customization
• 2+ years of Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience, including auditing, implementing, and customizing tags, managing data layers, and troubleshooting tracking issues
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or HTML for advanced tag management, custom tracking, and data layer builds
• Experience in agency-side Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Analytics, supporting multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong data analysis skills, leveraging market research and performance data to drive KPI setting and forecasting
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work into actionable business recommendations
