Position Overview/Responsibilities for the POS Configuration Specialist:

• Configure and maintain the Micros Simphony POS system to optimize restaurant operations and enhance guest experiences.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for POS setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Ensure smooth integration with online ordering platforms and payment systems.

• Collaborate with our client's team to support and implement new POS features and upgrades.

• Provide hands-on support for OLO, OneDine, and Omnivore integrations.

Required Skills for POS Configuration Specialist:

• 2+ year's hands-on expertise with Micros Simphony in any IT capacity (deployment, configuration, administration, or support)
• Technical background in IT systems, hardware or software support with the ability to pick up new platforms quickly

• Experience in configuration/programming tasks (menus, workflows, integration setup)

• Familiarity with OLO, OneDine, and Omnivore integrations

• Exposure to payment systems such as CardPointe (Fiserv), Eigen, or other payment gateways.
• Background in restaurant or hospitality industry POS support
• Hunger to grow and work in a fast paced environment
