Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Jr. Production Graphic Designer:

• Collaborate with the Creative Services team to prepare final files for print and digital mediums

• Ensure designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines

• Manage the timely delivery of final design materials, including implementing file management systems

• Use time management skills to manage multiple projects and deliver materials on time

• Work with clients, art directors, and designers to provide feedback, make recommendations, and build supportive teams

Required Skills for Jr. Production Graphic Designer:

• Proficiency in the Mac environment and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office

• Experience with Canva and other design tools is a bonus

• Strong skills in formatting, layout creation, error checking, and file optimization

• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and style guides

• Experience in creating and refining visual content, such as logos, brand packaging, posters, PowerPoints, digital and print advertisements, and marketing materials
