Gen AI Engineer Terms: All Capgemini contracts are ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months. Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place. Target Pay Rate: $66/hr C2C Location: Malvern, PA Work schedule details: Onsite  Details: We are seeking a hands-on GenAI expert to lead the development of intelligent, automated data solutions with a strong focus on data lineage, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will leverage AWS and modern LLM frameworks to build scalable, production-ready AI systems that transform unstructured data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows for unstructured data analysis and automation • Build agentic AI systems using LangChain and vector databases • Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with prompt engineering and re-ranking • Integrate solutions with AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.) • Ensure data lineage, governance, and compliance are embedded in AI workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems Must-Have Skills • Programming: Strong Python development experience • GenAI Techniques: Prompt engineering, RAG, re-ranking, agentic AI • Frameworks: LangChain (or LangGraph), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone) • AWS: Bedrock, SageMaker pipelines, Lambda, API Gateway, S3 • Data Expertise: Experience with unstructured data, data lineage, and data governance processes • Automation: Proven ability to automate data workflows using GenAI Nice-to-Have • Familiarity with MLOps practices (model monitoring, versioning, CI/CD) • UI prototyping with Streamlit or similar tools
