Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and data transformation specifications.- Analyze and interpret complex insurance-related data, including premium calculations, policy definitions, and claims processes.- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Source-to-Target Mapping documents.- Define data requirements and business transformation logic to be used in DBT and Informatica.- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.- Provide guidance to developers and testers to ensure proper implementation of business logic in ETL processes.Required Skills for Business Analyst:- Strong domain knowledge of insurance, particularly in policy processing and claims handling.- Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and profiling techniques.- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, including the creation of mapping documents and business logic translation.- Experience working with data transformation tools like DBT or Informatica.- Familiarity with insurance financials, including premium calculation and transaction handling.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.What’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
