Workday Financials Technical Architect

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: New York, NY
C2C Pay Rate: $60.00

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical architecture design and implementation of Workday Financials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Workday solutions.
Produce detailed system architecture designs and technical project deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and execution oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Support functional design and integration between Workday Financials and banking/external systems.
Develop and manage test strategies, data conversions, and deployment planning.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Financials and ERP systems in banking environments.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Workday Financials as a consultant or system administrator (certifications strongly preferred).
Proven ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking systems architecture and ERP integration within financial institutions.
In-depth understanding of system interfaces between ERP and external vendor systems.
