• Enter and verify invoice data (vendor info, GL codes, amounts, dates) to avoid errors, voids, and manual corrections, making sure everything hits the right accounts and fiscal periods.
• Maintain vendor records, ensure timely payments (including recurring and manual check requests), and resolve disputes efficiently within department timelines.
• Follow compliance protocols, record accurate 1099 and California 587 info, and flag/report any policy violations or concerns.
• Record accruals properly so expenses are booked in the correct periods and JE (journal entry) clean-up isn’t needed later.

• Highschool Diploma/GED is required
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a centralized purchasing and receiving environment
• Preferred Healthcare experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications Ability to use Ten key by touch, type 40-50 wpm, read, write and speak English fluently Written and verbal communication skills
