Informatica P360 Technical Lead

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Peoria, IL
C2C Pay Rate: $90/HR

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Data programs and product information management
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on P360 experience including 2 or more full-cycle implementations
Experience with Informatica IDQ, ActiveVOS, REST APIs, and Java plugin development
Strong background in leading PIM solutions, with deep understanding of taxonomy, attributes, workflows, and integrations
Exposure to Adobe InDesign, Qlik ETL, and/or IBM DataStage
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Strong experience in project leadership, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
TOGAF 9 certification and IAF Level 1 (actively pursuing Level 2)

Must-Have Skills Summary:

5+ years of Informatica P360 with 2+ end-to-end implementations as a Solution Architect
Strong experience in leading workshops and defining scalable PIM solutions
Hands-on expertise with ActiveVOS, P360 data modeling, and plugin development
Proven ability to lead technical and functional teams and mentor junior team members
Ability to articulate and implement industry-leading practices for PIM
