IT Technician IDR’s client is seeking an IT Technician to join its team in Atlanta, GA. This is a fully onsite position; must be local to Downtown ATL! Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Technician:

• Provide technical support, resolving issues both over the phone and in person
• Manage and maintain the Freshworks ticketing system
• Image computers and replace monitors as needed
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding users

Required Skills for IT Technician:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
• Proficiency in using PDQ Software or similar computer management programs
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Freshworks or ServiceNow
• Ability to resolve tickets both over the phone and in person
• Experience in higher education settings is a plus
