This is a hybrid onsite contract-based opportunity. Local New York candidates only!
Position Overview for the Marketing Admin Assistant:
- Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team, including senior leadership
- Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across the organization including Sales, Business Development/Strategy, Product, PR, Data & Analytics, Monetization, etc.
- Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners.
- Assist with internal logistics for events (calendar maintenance, material prep, event evaluations, etc.)
- Liaise between Marketing and Sales teams and industry partners to coordinate materials for events and sales initiatives
- Maintain project trackers and help with campaign strategy and organization
Required Skills for the Marketing Admin Assistant:
- 2+ years experience (including internships) in marketing, product, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Passion for media and advertising

Compensation Details: $24.64/hr
