IDR is seeking a Training Development Coordinator for one of our retail clients in the Bolingbrook, IL area. This is a hybrid, 4-month contract opportunity. •  Develop background/knowledge on the Merchandising and/or MP&I roles including daily responsibilities, systems used, processes and reporting.
• Facilitate cross functional meetings to gather feedback regarding pain points, as well as identify gaps in processes, training, systems and reporting.
• Coordinate & facilitate training sessions in conjunction with internal partners
• Identify process improvement opportunities for the Merchant and/or MP&I teams and collaboratively develop training and documentation that defines best practices.
• Tie business knowledge to creating process maps for processes and systems used.
• Build trust with cross functional partners
• Collaboratively partner with business SMES and Merchandise Process Team 

  Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years direct work experience in process improvement/best practices
• Must have previous experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Retail
• Critical thinking and creative resolution
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and growth mindset 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
