Job Title: Radiology Manager Department: Medical Imaging (Radiology) Reports To: Director, Medical Imaging Supervises: Team Leaders, Staff Technologists, Radiology Nurses, and Support Staff Overview: Client is seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our Medical Imaging services across two local campuses—including MRI & Imaging, OCC, and Medical locations. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical and support staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and driving excellence in patient care and team performance.   • Manage operations and staffing across all imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Diagnostic, Interventional, Mammography, and more).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards (including ACR) are consistently met.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, operational efficiency, and cost management.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance; lead employee engagement and morale initiatives.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and improve workflow, scheduling, productivity, and quality of services.
  • Investigate and resolve patient, staff, and physician concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monthly staff meetings.
  • Promote ongoing education and development for team members.
Qualifications: Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited imaging program (Radiography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical imaging experience in a hospital setting.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
Licensure/Certifications:
  • Active imaging credential (ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, etc.)
  • BLS certification required.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality patient care
