IDR is seeking a IT Help Desk Technical to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This role involves providing enterprise-level desktop, endpoint, and user environment support within a government project. The position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team supporting critical IT operations for the State of California.

Position Overview for the IT Help Desk Technical :

  • Support end-user devices and troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops and other devices for user onboarding.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow within SLA requirements.
  • Support user account provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure user satisfaction and efficient IT operations.

Requirements for the IT Help Desk Technical :

  • Advanced experience with Active Directory administration.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / O365 Admin Center.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software, VPN, and endpoint issues.
