Oracle HCM ORC & Talent Management Specialist – Charlotte, NC

IDR is looking for an Oracle HCM ORC & Talent Management Specialist to support a large-scale onboarding and talent acquisition function at one of our top-tier financial services partners. This is an onsite role based in Charlotte, NC, ideal for someone with deep Oracle HCM experience and a strong background in enterprise HR systems and recruiting strategies.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle onboarding through Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

• Execute recruitment workflows and engage hiring managers for sourcing alignment

• Maintain clean HRIS records and ensure candidate lifecycle compliance

• Host and coordinate recruiting events and candidate outreach campaigns

• Advise HR and business leaders on candidate experience and HCM enhancements

• Support continuous improvement of Oracle HCM processes through feedback and analytics

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM (specifically ORC and Talent Management modules)

• Prior experience managing large onboarding and recruitment operations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of compliance and best practices in enterprise HR environments

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic project environments
