Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician II: - Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software across technical devices, including servers, PCs, and notebooks - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensure system performance, and ensure compliance with company standards - Monitor, tune, and configure servers using available tools; maintain and ensure effective server backups - Perform system installations, upgrades to hardware/firmware, and OS patches - Document and communicate system changes, maintenance schedules, and incidents effectively across teams - This is a 6-month contract to hire position Required Skills for IT Support Technician II: - 3-5 years of Technical Support Experience - Fluency in Spanish (speaking) - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and network configurations related to PC devices - Ability to diagnose and repair PC and notebook systems - Understanding of client/server LAN/WAN environments - Comfortable with: ServiceNow ticketing, Dell Computers, Zebra and Thermal printers, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 Troubleshooting - Microsoft MCP certification for the current desktop operating system (preferred) What’s in it for you? - Competitive compensation package - Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! - Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization - Close-knit and team-oriented culture Why IDR? - 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets - Employee Stock Ownership Program - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row
