• 8+ years' experience within UAT, with at least 2+ years' experience leading UAT strategies, plans, and schedules for SDLC projects
• 5+ years' experience within agile & scrum methodologies, leading & participating in daily scrum ceremonies
• CSM, CSPO, or similar scrum certification
