About Victor Ruiz:

I would like more information regarding jobs that I'm seeing on the site but not receiving information about (if I'm not mistaken). Victor does provide information on positions that I don't think are necessarily listed, which I appreciate. I would however, like (if possible) recommendations on changes I might need to make (shorter resume, adding a cover letter, expanding experience section, etc.), or tips and advice on what would allow me to stand out and be more marketable to IDR's clients. Basically, what would allow companies to notice and hire me versus an outside candidate they might be considering.
