IDR is seeking a fully remote Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity to lead a major AI Transformation & Enablement initiative. This role focuses on supporting enterprise AI and data strategy implementation within a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare or biotech, and involves managing various AI use cases across multiple business functions. It is a strategic, executive-facing position that requires collaboration across IT, business leaders, and external partners.
Position Overview for the Project Manager AI Transformation & Enablement:
- Support enterprise AI and data strategy implementation across multiple business functions
- Identify, organize, and manage AI use cases, workflows, and requirements
- Partner with internal teams and external implementation partners to facilitate AI solution deployment
- Translate vague business needs into actionable AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Support rapid, iterative development and project governance to deliver multiple AI initiatives efficiently
Requirements for the Project Manager AI Transformation & Enablement:
- Project or Program Management experience supporting AI, data strategy, digital transformation, or business process transformation initiatives
- Experience working in an Agile or highly iterative delivery environment
- Ability to operate with vague requirements and create structure from ambiguity
- Strong project governance experience
- Executive-level communication skills
