IDR is seeking a Salesforce On-Site Support & Training Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role supports the statewide Child Welfare project, providing on-the-ground system support and end-user training for Salesforce-based applications. It offers a chance to work on a meaningful government initiative with a focus on system rollout and user engagement.
Position Overview for the Salesforce On-Site Support & Training Specialist:
Serve as the primary on-site support contact during Salesforce system rollout waves across various NC DSS offices.
Provide real-time, in-person guidance and troubleshooting to end users to facilitate system adoption and usage.
Deliver hands-on support including system walkthroughs, user issue resolution, and training activities.
Track and document user questions, issues, and feedback, escalating complex technical problems as needed.
Support end-user training efforts by assisting with job aids, reference materials, and Help Desk ticket procedures.
Requirements for the Salesforce On-Site Support & Training Specialist:
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (strongly preferred).
Background in child welfare, human services, or government programs.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and functionality in real-time.
Experience in end-user training, system adoption, or application support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (functional, not deep technical).
